(ii) every validly nominated candidate has
withdrawn his nomination in an
election to be held under section
3 (1A); or
(iii) the number of candidates who have not
withdrawn their nominations in an
election to be held under section
3(1A) is less than the number
specified in the third column of
Schedule 1,
means the number of those remaining vacancies; or
in relation to an election held under section
11(1) in respect of the election committee
constituency, means the aggregate number of
vacancies declared under section 10 for which
that election is held.",
Qualification for registration as an elector
Section 13 is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(1) by adding
"(a)
in the case of the election
committee constituency and
subject to subsection (2), that
person is a person specified in
the second column of Schedule 1
and is not disqualified under
section 15; or"; and
