Any firm or company whether incorporated or

unincorporated, holding a factory licence issued by

the Labour Department or having notified the

Commissioner for Labour of

its notifiable workplace or being registered with the

Trade Department as a

factory, shall be eligible

to apply for admission and

to be admitted as an

Ordinance Member or

Permanent Member of the

Association.
