or the manufacture and

distribution of gas, or the

manufacture, alteration, ornamentation, finishing,

processing, packaging, or

transformation of articles,

or part of articles for sale

and whose business is

registered under section 6

of the Business Registration Ordinance shall be eligible

for admission to the

Federation as a member.
