said he and his colleagues would welcome more regular lines of

communication with the HKG and Government House over the full

range of issues. They may disagree with the Government on

(vi) Nationality: on his way out Mr Arculli mentioned that

a LegCo delegation would be coming to London in June to discuss with Home Office and FCO Ministers the position of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong.
