(a) in subsection (1), by repealing "appointed, "; and
(b) in subsection (2), by repealing "reappointed or".

Section 17 is repealed.
Disqualification of ex officio members
Section 19 is repealed.
Publication of notice of vacancy
Section 20 (c) is repealed.
Regional Council to elect Chairman and Vice-Chairman
Section 22 (4A) is repealed.
36.
Quorum
Section 35 (1) is repealed and the following substituted
"(1) The quorum at any meeting of the Regional Council
shall be one quarter of the total number of members it
comprises.".
