Section 9 is repealed.

Disqualification from appointment

Section 11 is amended

(a) in subsection (1)

(i) by repealing everything before paragraph

(a) and substituting -

"(1)

An ex officio member shall

not be entitled to attend, take part

in or vote at any meeting of the

Regional Council if he -";

(b)

(ii)

by repealing paragraph (d);

(iii)

(iv)

in paragraph (g), by adding " but nothing

in this paragraph shall affect his

entitlement to attend, take part in or vote

at any meeting of the Regional Council if

under that Ordinance it is subsequently

found that his unsoundness of mind has

ceased" after "affairs"; ard

in paragraph (h), by repealing "the

appointment is to be made or is made" and

substituting "the office as an ex officio

member is to be held or is held"; and

by repealing subsection (2).
