functional constituency specified in item 2 of

Part I of Schedule 2 (other than a person who is

an ex officio member of the body specified in

the second column of that item), and who but for

this paragraph is otherwise entitled to be

registered in another functional constituency of

that person's choice, shall only be registered

in the first-mentioned functional constituency

and not in that other functional constituency;

and

(c) subject to paragraphs (a) and (b), a person

entitled to be registered in the functional

constituency specified in item 3 of Part I of

Schedule 2, and who but for this paragraph is

otherwise entitled to be registered in another

functional constituency of that person's choice,

shall only be registered in the first-mentioned

functional constituency and not in that other

functional constituency.".

Disqualification from voting or

(a) in subsection (1)

(i) by adding
