Where an election, poll

or count is postponed or adjourned pursuant to subsection (1), the Governor shall appoint a date for holding an election, poll or count in

place of the postponed or adjourned election, poll or count, which shall

be not later than 14 days from the

date on which the election, poll or

count would have been held if not for
