the elected

Members of

the

Legislative

Council in

respect of

all the

functional

constit-

uencies; or

(ii)

all the

elected

(b)

Members in

respect of

any other

constit-

uency

referred to

in section

2(1); or

during the polling

or counting of

votes in respect of

an election

referred to in

paragraph (a)(i) or (ii),

is of the opinion that the election,

poll or count as the case may be is likely to be or is being obstructed, disrupted, undermined or seriously affected by riot, open violence or such other occurrence of public danger, he may declare the election, poll or count, as the case may be, to be postponed or adjourned.
