Interpretation

Section 2 (1) of the Urban Council Ordinance (Cap. 101) is

amended

(a) by repealing the definition of "appointed member";

by repealing the definition of "elected member" and

substituting

elected to act as an elected member under

by repealing the definition of "member" and

substituting

""member" means an elected member or a

representative member;".

Section 6 is repealed and the following substituted
