Amendment

(a) In section 2, in the definition of "election agent" repeal everything after "as his election agent" and substitute "under regulations made under section 7 of the Boundary and Election Commission Ordinance ( of 1993);". (b) In section 2 add-

"Boundary and Election Commission" means the Boundary and Election Commission established under section 3 of the Boundary and Election Commission Ordinance ( of 1993);”.

(c) In section 9(2)—

(i) add "and the Boundary and Election Commission"

after "Chief Secretary" where it first appears;

(ii) add ", the Boundary and Election Commission" after

"Chief Secretary" where it secondly appears.

(d) In section 14(2) repeal "under-” and paragraphs (a) and (b) that follow and substitute "under section 7 of the Boundary and Election Commission Ordinance ( 1993)".

(e) In section 29(1), (2A) and (7A) repeal "Secretary for Constitutional Affairs" wherever it appears and substitute "Boundary and Election Commission".
