6. The Secretary of State reiterated his earlier offer of FCO support for Sir Michael's proposal to host a meeting in London in 1994 of those parliamentary organisations with IPU links; a reception in the Locarno Suite was a possibility.

7. PRU agreed to produce a paper on the proliferation of parliamentary organisations, and how they might be structured.
