(If raised). Good report, though perhaps over-pessimistic. Raised many of the questions we ourselves raised with China. Kong Government considering the detailed recommendations for Hong Kong legislation.
Other Hong Kong Matters
Economy still burgeoning largely on the strength of trade with rapidly growing South China. Progress in JLG and on Airport financing still stalled by China. Hong Kong Government trying to fulfil MOU obligations to build as much as possible on a step by step basis.
