By air. The offieer will be required to | passage agreement undertaking with the Commissioner, London to refund the cost of passages to Hong Kong in the event of his failing to serve in Hong Kong for a period of

to sit as an additional judge of the Court of Appeal if so requested by the Chief Justice, in which case he shall have all the jurisdiction, powers and privileges of a judge of the Court of Appeal.
As stipulated in Section 9 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, Chapter 4 of the Laws of Hong Kong (an extract is attached).
