I am writing to let you and copy addressees know that, from 1 September, I will be moving over to the Principal Finance Officer position in ODA, replacing Barrie Ireton, and that my replacement as Under. Secretary, Asia and Pacific Division will be John Kerby
2 I have much enjoyed working on Asia over the last few years. In doing so I have been greatly helped by the interest that you and other Heads of Mission have taken in the aid programme, and I have appreciated the support and hospitality that I have received over the years from you and your colleagues.
