4. While some administrative details have yet to be settled,

the Hong Kong authorities have accepted the UK list of FRY

vessels as a basis for action. On 1 June they impounded the

Maltese registered "MV C Blanco". We are satisfied that this

problem is now resolved. The Americans also seem content.
