Action by Supervising Departments

Supervising departments should complete this section in respect of the posts for which they are responsible, setting out fully the posts' increases/decreases which they endorse and any bids of their own. They should then send the section to TMS, RFD, CRD, NPDD, WIAD, OVIS and Information Department and to their supervising AUSs. Where appropriate, they should also copy posts returns to WIAD and OVIS.

Action by Supervising AUSS

Supervising AUSS should complete the section in respect of their commands, taking account of the returns of their departments, and setting out in full all the increases/decreases they endorse, as well as any additional bids of their own. They should then send the section to the Principal Finance Officer, their departments and TMS, RFD, copied to CRD, NPDD, WIAD, OVIS and Information Department as appropriate.
