This section covers FCOSAS, UKMTAS and other military training, overseas visits and Good Government assistance for Dependent Territories. AUSs will be asked by RFD separately for their bids for small grants- in-aid, and AUS Programme Budgets, as part of the Supply Estimates exercise.

Posts, departments and AUSS should indicate proposals for any increases/decreases (based on their allocation of resources for 1993/94) for the forthcoming financial year (1994/95); and the next PES period (1995/96 to 1997/98). Any increases should be accompanied by offsetting savings. Increases should be prioritised and quantified.

Action by Posts

This section should be completed by posts in respect of increases/decreases, and returned to their supervising departments, copied to TMS, RFD, NPDD and CRD. In the information field posts should only bid here for changes in their quota allocation for visits. Any proposals for thcreases/decreases in information services falling on local budgets should be included in the Local Budgets Estimates Annex.
