Accordingly those Heads of the Branches and Departments specified in Annexure 'A' to this Chapter will also be responsible for informing the Secretary for Security of all such changes and their recommended amendments to the respective Chapter/Part of the ISG as soon as such changes occur. These routine amendments should not be left until the annual review.
Responsibilities for Publishing Amendments to the ISG

The
Secretary for Security will be responsible for consolidating and arranging the publication and issue of all amendments to the ISG.
The Goverment Printer will be responsible for carrying out such printing work as is required.
9.
PROCEDURE AND TIMINGS FOR THE ANNUAL REVIEW OF THE ISG

Each Head of the Branches and Departments specified in Annexure A to this Chapter will:

(a) On 1st August Each Year
review the contents of the respective Chapter/Part of the ISG for which he is
responsible; and
(b) By 30th September Each Year
forward any necessary amendments or changes to the ISG which have been identified during the review, to the Secretary
Security (Attn: PAS(S)1).

The Secretary for Security will examine these recommendations and will consolidate all the
returns.
He will then arrange with the Government Printer for all agreed amendments to be printed on or before 1 December and issued by 15 December of the
same year.
