than in the Yau Ma Tei typhoon shelter to ensure that they are not blocked inside. All Government craft will berth at the Government Dockyard in the Kowloon North Camber, or as directed by the Director of Marine.

THE GOVERNMENT POOL OF MARINE TRANSPORT

16.

The Police and Fire Services will retain the use of all available marine craft normally allocated to them. All other Government craft will be kept at the disposal of the Assistant Director of Marine (Government Fleet) who will allocate them to

essential services in accordance with the disposition shown in Annexure B to this Part.

17.

As many available craft as possible will be held ready for emergency needs as notified by the Emergency Port Control Committee and the GSECC.

REQUISITIONING OF CRAFT

18.

It is possible that it will be necessary to requisition vessels such as berthing-tugs, waterboats, etc. and as a last resort this will be done by the Director of Marine who is the competent authority under regulation 68 of the Emergency (Principal) Regulations Cap. 241.
