Curfew warrants will be issued to essential staff under arrangements made by the KCRC and the Emergency Transport Coordination Centre. The TD
(ETCC) will ensure that a sufficient supply is obtained from Security Branch as soon as an emergency begins to evolve.
SECURITY
The KCR presents many inviting targets for the saboteur. The following are especially

vulnerable :
Heavy Rail
(a) the overhead line equipment;
(b) railway tracks;
(c)
the Electric Multiple Unit trains (EMUs);
(a)
the Power Supply Feeder Station at Tai Wai and Fanling;
(e)
signalling and telecommunications equipment;
(f)
Ho Tung Lau railway depot and workshops;
(g)
Kowloon Control Centre;
(h)
various tunnels embankment and bridges especially the Beacon Hill Tunnel;
(i)
ticket vending machines at passenger stations;
Light Rail
(j)
(k)
railway tracks and associated overhead line equipment;
signalling and telecommuncations
equipment at track side;
