Each

sub-committees

Committee member will set within the segment of the organisation they control. They will delegate responsibility to units under their control and appoint individual officers within their Own Departments to emergency posts.

At the Controller's discretion, the Food Unit will be activated and its Command HQ will1 assume responsibility for overall direction of the Unit. Once the HQ has been established, the GSECC and all Sub-Units will be informed. Thereafter all information pertaining to food supplies will be channelled through the command structure.

The HQ will be located at Agriculture and Fisheries Department Headquarters, 12-14th floors. 393 Canton Road, Kowloon. It will consist of the following:
