In an emergency, all key staff should ensure that they can be contacted at any time and all staff should report for duty whenever practicable.
Curfews

case curfews are imposed, the Oil Supplies Unit should obtain curfew warrants from Security Branch/the GSECC.
Transportation of Personnel

The oil companies will arrange to provide at least one car with driver and relief at each main terminal and depot for general use.

Essential personnel must try to get to their reporting stations by their own means and should request assistance only if necessary. Where company transport
are inadequate, transport requests should be forwarded to the Oil Supplies Unit, which will contact the Controller, Government Land Transport.

Where . possible
all companies should make arrangements to feed their own staff. In the event that local feeding is not possible, the Oil Supplies Unit will make arrangements with the Food Unit (See Chapter 12).
