POLICY ADVISORY BOARD: FUTURE CRISES

1.

We are required to put to the next meeting of the PAB an updated version of our three-monthly warning list of potential future crises. I enclose a copy of the November version for ease of reference.

2.

I should be grateful if you would suggest updates for the scenarios in your areas, or possible new ones. (Is North Korea so rational that a crisis scenario would be implausible?).

3.

We have to circulate the paper to the PAB on 5 March. I should therefore be grateful for contributions by c.o.p Wednesday 3 March at latest.
