Arrangement of Chapters

The proposed new terms and criteria for appointment are spelt out in Chapter II. Chapter III outlines the conditions of service for officers appointed on the new permanent and pensionable terms and on the new agreement terms. The arrangement and conditions under which some serving agreement officers may be offered further employment in the civil service are discussed in Chapter IV. The need for other arrangements and possible future developments is discussed in Chapter V.
