Overseas agreement officers who do not apply for transfer to local terms and conditions of service will remain on overseas terms and conditions and continue to be subject to possible replacement by local officers under the localisation policy.

Officers on Overseas permanent and pensionable terms will not be allowed to change to local terms as they have accepted permanent employment on their existing terms.
