1. I have now received from Mr Day a faxed letter, enclosing a draft of his proposed overall objectives. This is attached. I also attach the existing Post objectives for the British Trade Commission as a basis for comparison.

2. We are due to discuss these at my meeting tomorrow morning. I believe you are in touch with the DTI over their participation in the meeting.
