Would you please refer to our telephone conversation of yesterday.

2. I would like to confirm the booking I made with you for the India Office Council Chamber on Wednesday, 6 January between 11.30 and 13.00 hours. As on previous occasions I should be grateful if you would provide sufficient seating, pencils and note paper for about 25 people and water. Also could you please arrange for 3 demonstration boards to be provided to show maps, drawings etc.
