Not clear of the purpose of the lift landing in the escape stair lobby leading to Justice Drive. Would be useful to have access to the escape route from Q8 area. If this can be achieved is it necessary to have 2 lifts in this area.

Public Access to L43 should be via L40: The sketch appears to indicate the reverse.
