(1)

Possession

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The Grantee shall pay to the Government on demand in one lump sum the amount of $

bein; the premium stated

in the Particulars of the Lot hercof.

(2)(a) Possession of the areas shown coloured pink and pink hatched black on the plan annexed hereto shall be deemed to be given and taken by the Grantee on the date to be specified in a letter from the Director, which date shall be no later than the fst day of April 1993.

(b)

Possession of the area shown coloured pink cross hatched black on the plan annexed hereto shall be deferred until the proposed link road between Justice Drive and Kennedy Road is complcted to the Director's satisfaction and is open for public use.

(2) The Grantee shall accept the lot in such state and condition and with such buildings, structures and foundations as exist at the respective dates on which possession of the lot ig Given in accordance with Special Condition (2) hereof and hereby agrees not to make any claim whatsoever against the Government in respect thereof.

(4)

The Grantee shall demolish and remove at his own expenso all the existing buildings, structurcs and materials on the lot as shall be requirod by and to the satisfaction of the Director.

Building covenant

(S) (a) The Grantco shall develop the lot by the erection thereon of a building or buildings complying in all respects with these Conditions and all Ordinances, Bye-laws and Regulations relating to building, sanitation and planning which are or may at any time be in force in Hong Konɛ.

(b) The building or buildings approved under Special Condition (11) hereof shall be completed and made fit for occupation within 43 months from the date of possession of the lol.

ány building or buildings erected or to be erected on the lot or part thereof shall in all respects comply with the requirements of the Town Planning Ordinance and any amending legislation.
