However, if we are minded to be flexible I suggest that the power of re-entry should be subject (a) to the provision on like terms of an

alternative site to the Grantee's

satisfaction and adequate notice within which to achieve rehousing of a major Consulate General.

Subject to that we should reserve our position on the wording of 14 (b) (i) and

(ii) for later consideration.

If they see no difficulty why not accept the re-draft we proposed? It is preferable.
