I have suggested to the High Court that a period of 7 days
or by the 4th November at the latest, as I intend publication in Dublin on the 8th November,
should be allowed for you to indicate, to me, that you are, at the very minimum. going to make an honest statement about the three key untrue statements, i.e. Adkins, To the Magistrate and on the role of Reid, so that anything I write may at least be based on truth and not the falsehoods told to the High Court by the Hong Kong authorities.
