Lorrain Osman. An information to the police.

I sat in your court for two days on 24th and 25th February to report the application by Mr. Lorrain Osman, for judicial review of his committal and for habeas corpus from his detention.

I am merely a layman, but I believe it is unlawful for an Attorney General in the service of the Crown to either 'bend the law' or to engage in or collude with a 'cover up'.I also believe it is unlawful for false information to be given under oath in a court of law.

I further believe it is unlawful for a prosecution to conceal evidence, especially where that evidence would wholly contradict the charges that the prosecution is making.

For those reasons I am making a full report on the documents presented in your court, to the police and I am making an immediate appointment with the DPP's office.

You will see that Parliament at least partly agrees with my conclusion that what passed before you in the court was evidence of a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and
