My compliments and thank you for your letter.
Woolf LJ refused leave to appeal on 27th March.
No petition has been made to the House of Lords,
nothing is before the courts. There is no sub judice
situation.
I am informed that the Malaysian Government is seeking
the arrest on anyone found in possession of my small
pamphlet on the matter.
I am further informed that T Razaleigh continues as a
financial advisor to the Sultan of Brunei via the Brunei
monetary authority.
