Annex C

Applicant has operated, controlled or directed a financially

successful business or commercial undertaking -

(a) has accumulated a minimum net worth equivalent of CAD $700,000 and is willing to invest a minimum of CAD $250,000 for at least five years in an approved investment district, or

(b) has accumulated a minimum net worth equivalent of CAD $700,000 and is willing to invest a minimum of CAD $350,000 for at least five years in any investment district, or

' (c) has accumulated a minimum net worth equivalent of CAD $700,000 and is willing to invest a minimum of CAD $500,000 for at least five years and insure a net return after investment.

USA

Investors in a new commercial enterprise which will create full-time employment for not fewer than 10 persons other than the investor's spouse, sons, and daughters.

The ordinary minimum investment is set at US $1 million, but may be lower in a rural or high unemployment area, and higher in an area of high employment.
