4. We had hoped to wrap up all the outstanding claims to

British undertaking status in one last submission, but BTC

tell us that the Advisory Committee have five remaining

companies still to consider, and the Hong Kong Government are pressing for a decision on the enclosed lists. We shall

therefore pursue the above queries and put these together

with the five (when they arrive) in a final submission in

due course.
