Applicants in the General Occupational Class and the

Disciplined Services Class ready for

the Governor's recommendation

Purpose

This paper informs members of the results of personality checks and verification interviews on 1,291 potentially successful applicants in 11 occupational groups in the General Occupational Class (GOC) and the Disciplined Services Class (DSC). Subject to members' agreement and confirmation with the applicants that there is no change in their circumstances, these 1,291 cases will be submitted to the Governor for recommendation to the Secretary of State for registration as British citizens under the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990.
