Thank you for the copy of Ms Ford's letter of 3 March 1992 giving

the details of those to whom Group 1 undertakings have been given

since June 1991.

Hong Kong should certainly continue to send the undertakings

to us once invoked; and I should be grateful if they could also

copy any subsequent list of undertaking holders to me. It is a

useful check for our records.

As for blank Group II undertaking forms we can see no reason

why they should not be destroyed.
