1. Thank you for your letter of 3 March enclosing the personal details of the recipients of twenty-four Group I Undertakings.

2. I can confirm that you should continue to refer these details to usy while sending the actual undertakings to the Home Office once invoked. The Home Office have asked if you could also copy any subsequent list of undertaking holders to them as this is a useful check for their records.

3. As for the blank Group II undertakings that you are holding, neither the Home Office nor we have any objections to your destroying them.
