Having considered the recommendation in the paper, members advised that the Hong Kong Heart Foundation should be accepted as a point-scoring voluntary agency under the BNS.

Applicants in the general occupational class and disciplined services class ready for the Governor's recommendation (Paper No. SC 110/92)

Members noted the results of personality checks and verification interviews on a total of 1,742 potentially successful principal applicants in 30 occupational groups/services in the GOC and the DSC and advised that the applications from these applicants and their dependants should be submitted to the Governor for recommendation to the Secretary of State for registration as British citizens, subject to confirmation with them that there was no change in their circumstances.
