in June 1992. It received good coverage in the newspapers.

The profile of new EC nominees requested at the last meeting was under preparation. It would be submitted for members' consideration in early 1993 when processing of these nominations was completed.

The case of the "British Association of Paediatric Surgeons' Prize" was reassessed at members' request. Members considered Paper No. SC 99/92 by circulation and agreed that it should be included as an occupation-related award.
