3. I understand that SEAD would want to raise Burma and I should be grateful if they too would provide briefing. If APD and ESED or NAD, have any points they believe need to be made to the Japanese on aid, the world environment post-UNCED or US/Japan relations they too should provide short briefs. I should be grateful if UND would send a defensive line on Japanese membership of the P5.
