Escorted by the Chief Secretary from the reception to Edinburgh Place outside the main entrance of City Hall.

Leave by car for Government House with Mrs. Patten and family. ADC and Security Officer will accompany.
Arrive at Government House.
On leaving the cars beneath the portico at Government House, a Guard of Honour will give a Royal Salute "Present Arms".
On entering Government House with Mrs. Patten and family, met by the Private Secretary, Mr. Richard Hoare, who will introduce the Government House staff. The ADC will introduce the staff to Mrs. Patten.
