Guard of Honour gives a Royal Salute and the band plays the first six bars of the National Anthem, Descend from the dais and, accompanied by the Guard Commander, the Acting Governor and the ADC, inspect the Guard of Honour. (inspect the first rank of the Guard only).
Immediately following the inspection, enter City Hall.
Met at the entrance to City Hall by the Chairman of the Urban Council and the Clerk of Councils.
In the foyer of City Hall meet Members of
the Executive and Legislative Councils and their spouses.
Escorted by the Clerk of Councils, move with Mrs. Patten and family to an ante
room.
The Acting Governor and Lady Ford take their leave.
Mrs. Patten and family proceed to the Concert Hall escorted by the second ADC and take their places on the stage for the Swearing-In Ceremony.

(c) Enter the Concert Hall escorted by the Clerk of Councils via the left-hand aisle and proceed to the platform by the left-hand steps.
Mrs. Patten and family and Lady Ford are escorted from their enter City Hall following
the the Inspection of
position to immediately completion of the Guard of Honour.
The Acting Governor, the Chief Justice, the Executive and Legislative Council Members, the Chairman of the Urban Council and their spouses proceed to the Concert Hall.
The Chief Justice, the Acting Governor and Members of the Executive Council will already have taken their places on the stage.
