The Hong Kong Government will pay two school passages per academic year for dependant children under the age of 19, and one school passage per academic year for dependant children aged 19-21 undertaking full-time education in the UK. School passages are based on the apex fare between the UK and Hong Kong.

I am enclosing for your information a copy of "Notes on Procedure etc for Governors of Dependent Territories". May I point out that this note is intended for guidance and information only and is not to be regarded as official instructions.
