crab is bad for men but is enjoyed equally by both sexes.the guava however is good for women but detrimental to males and is eaten almost uniquely by ladies.
GIFTS
-Gift giving is an important part of official visits and indeed private invitations to dinner. The fact and appearance of the gift (which should always be wrapped) are more important than the actual gift which should not really be opened on the spot (official gifts are almost always a disappointment).
-Wedding gifts are normally in cash. Round figures are auspicious (hundreds of Hong Kong dollars usually). What was said above notwithstanding even numbers are preferred for this, except of course $400.

-All gifts and indeed all signs of politeness (e.g. offering the seat of honour the one facing the door, or the head of the fish at a banquet) should be refused several times before being finally accepted.
