Government of Australia concerning the

Investigation of Drug Trafficking and the

Confiscation of the Proceeds of Drug Trafficking signed at Hong Kong on 22 April 1991;

and that the document includes all reservations and declarations

made by the parties thereto.

I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Agreement

came into force on

3 June 1991

in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 thereof,

the dates of notification being Hong Kong

22 April 1991 and Australia 3 June 1991.
