For the 1992-93 legislative session, Branches submitted a total of 169 items for inclusion in the legislative programme. Following two meetings to consider these proposals, the Committee has drawn up a tentative programme of 51 items for introduction into the Legislative Council from October 1992 to February 1993. A list of the items included in this programme is at the Annex.

The Committee has also identified a number of tentative items for inclusion in the second part of the programme running from March 1993 to July 1993. The priority to be allocated to these items is being discussed between Branches and the Law Draftsman.
