MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES
160. (1) Any person who loiters in a public place or in the common parts of any building shall, unless be gives a satisfactory account of himself and a satisfactory explanation for his presence there, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $2,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
