ANNEX A

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

Insent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Bribery

Powers of search, and to obtain assistance

Section 15 of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap. 201) is

ended

( ૧ ) by repcaling subsection (1)(c);

(b)

by repealing subsection (1A); and

(C)

in subsection (2) (b) by repealing "or in the exercise

of the power to detain conferred by subsection

(1) (c)".

Section 17 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by repealing "and to detain,
